About Your Digital LockerYour digital locker is for you to securely store your most important documents and access them wherever you are, whenever you need them. This locker is for your personal use and iFoster recommends you do not allow anyone else to access your locker or your iFoster account.
You can store digital copies of important Life, Health, Education and Employment documents. You can even take a picture of your important cards (i.e. ID card, driver’s license, passport, health card, social services card) and store them in your locker. Your digital locker is the perfect place to store your information if you are a youth progressing into adulthood, or on behalf of the children in your care if you are a caregiver or case worker.
You can only access your locker through your secure login (your chosen username and password). All documents are screened for viruses, legal and copyright infringement first before encrypted and uploaded to your secure locker. All lockers reside on iFoster servers in secure data storage facilities and monitored 24/7.
Uploading DocumentsYou can upload documents from a computer, tablet or smartphone. At this time, you may only upload image-type files in the following formats: pdf, gif, jpg, png. iFoster is working on allowing you to upload Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other types of documents. NOTE: Uploaded documents will appear in your folder within approximately 24 hours of your upload. Please make sure to keep a copy of your files until your document shows up in your locker.
